Two bedrooms feature a king bed each while the third bedroom offers a queen over queen bunk bed. There is a single bed cot available for additional sleeping and a dog crate in the master bedroom closet.

Must be 25 years old to rent.
No parties, events or smoking permitted.
A signature on the Rental Agreement is required for all stays, the link will be emailed to you upon booking.
Pet fees are PER PET, pets must be leashed outside, they are not permitted on furniture and must be cleaned up after on the grounds.
Pool passes permitted for the # the property can sleep up to a max of 10 passes per property.
Long term stays are plus utilities and $1000 security deposit.

LONG TERM CANCELLATION POLICY - Host will retain rent collected to date of cancellation. Rents will be refunded, minus a 10% cancellation, if the property can be rented to another group for the time frame that has been paid in full. This may require renting at a lower rate to get it booked.
