Welcome to Hokulani 749 at Honua Kai Resort & Spa. This Penthouse suite has arguably the Best Direct and Unobstructed Beach and Ocean View of any 2 bedroom on the property. The way this unit is positioned, there are no palm trees and no obstructions like Duke’s restaurant in the way of this ocean view. Located on the top floor and is the next unit over from the end cap of the building, it doesn’t get much better than this.

The unit has just undergone a complete transformation in May 2024 with a modern beach house designer inspired look. Freshly Painted in Decorator White paint and Antinori Blue Accent Walls. New Luxury Plank Flooring. Locally sourced and handmade Monkeypod Waterfall Dining Table and Chairs adorned with an Ocean Blue Sconce made from Alabaster in Luxor Egypt above the dining table. This popular 2 bedroom floor plan can accommodate up to six guests with two king beds (one of the kings can be split into two twin beds with advanced notice), and one queen convertible sofa sleeper.

Two large bedrooms with king beds and featuring high end Hotel Collection comforter with a new king bed in the master bedroom. The 2nd bedroom king can be split into two twins with advanced notice. New gorgeous ocean blue queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. Both bathrooms have dual sinks with separate showers and tubs. The bath is well stocked with bath and hand towels and washcloths. Each bathroom has a hair dryer as well as a starter set of toiletries.

We also provide the essentials for your pool and beach days: Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, boogie board, children's beach & pool items. Included with your stay are resort pool towels available anytime at the lobby and poolside.
If you're traveling with little ones we have a pack-n-play and mini high chair for your children.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and dishes you need to prepare your home cooked meals. We also have a Vitamix blender in the kitchen, a Standard and Pod Coffee Maker, and BBQ tools. After a long day at one of the pools or beach use the in-unit washing machine and dryer to freshen up your laundry, we include laundry pods for your stay. WiFi in the condo and throughout the resort.
