*KITCHEN stocked with supplies and includes complimentary water, tea, coffee, condiments, and spices. Seating by stools and dining area
*LIVINGROOM with sofa seating, smart tv, as well as books and games suited for kids and adults (including head to head PAC-MAN with 6 different arcade versions, and giant Sorry)
*2 FULL BATHROOMS
*KING with closet
*QUEEN with attached bath and closet (crib available upon request)

*Traveling with KIDS* Let us know of any children in your guest count and we'll leave out a pop-up fire truck play tent for them, among other toys. Kid-friendly books and games are available as detailed above.

You'll have access to the entire house and outdoor area during your stay.
*The hottub may only be used by guests that have signed the waiver provided onsite.
*Netflix is included complimentary for guests. Sign-in to other streaming like Hulu, Prime, etc requires your own subscription.
*Two kitchen cabinets are locked to store host cleaning supplies.


*Early check-in/Late check-out may be available for an additional fee. If you wish to coordinate for an earlier check-in or later check-out, please inquire ahead of your stay.
*AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST are a foldable crib, high chair, and dog crate. If you have any other request, please ask and we will try to accommodate if possible.
*Extended Stays >7days* supplies will be provided by the host to start. Replenishment of supplies, such as toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc, are the guest's responsibility for the remainder of their stay.
*Exterior services such as trash/recycle bins to/from curb, lawn care, and hot tub checks will be maintained by the host for all bookings.
*STAIRS*While the home is a single story without interior stairs, there are 8 stairs at the front entrance and one step to access via the back door.
