- Before your stay, you may be asked to create a profile in our guest portal, verify your ID, and accept our vacation rental terms, all within 24 hours of making your booking. If these steps aren't completed, if there are inaccuracies in your details, or if we're unable to verify your ID, we may cancel your reservation.

-Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am.

-Pets are not Allowed. "Service Dogs," as defined by the ADA, are permitted. Emotional Support Animals are not permitted; the Host must be notified in advance if you plan to bring an animal into the unit.

- If an animal is brought into the unit without notifying the host prior, a $250 anti-allergen cleaning fee will be assessed, and you may be asked to leave immediately without a refund for the remaining days.

-Service Animals may not be left unattended in the unit; if you do, you may be asked to leave.

-Parking Registration is required; you must provide your Make/Model/State/Plate Number in advance for a parking pass.

-The maximum occupancy is 4 people by health/safety and zoning laws, and your group may be asked to leave immediately without a refund for the remaining days if this rule is broken.

-The property is Smoke-Free. Smoking of Tobacco, Hemp, Cannabis, Vaping, herbal mixture, and e‑cigarettes is prohibited on the property. If there are lingering odors of smoke in the unit, a $250 cleaning fee will apply.

- Absolutely no incense or candle burning permitted.

- Absolutely no firearms or weapons of any kind allowed on the property

-Check-out time is 11 am and needs to be strictly enforced unless you make special arrangements. During peak times, we usually have back-to-back guests, and failure to vacate in a timely manner will result in a $100 late departure fee.

- There are cameras on the outside of the building and in the main stair well of the building.
