This modern farmhouse is only a 2 min drive from lake access and club amenities in beautiful Bear Lake Reserve. Relax in your mountain sanctuary secluded from neighbors. Plan your hiking adventures while you lounge at your pick from the indoor gas fire place or screened deck wood burning fireplace with gas starter. Fully equipped home with plenty of sleeping options. Did we mention the 2023 Hot Springs Envoy 5 person hot tub with 43 jets including the infamous motomassage jet or the 2021 Osaki OS-Pro First Class Massage Chair for the ultimate full body massage? Enjoy 180 degree lake and mountain views from November through April!

Make yourself at home in this 3 bedroom/3 full bathroom home with lofted open floor plan, screened in back deck, and private patio with hot tub. Bedroom 1 includes a queen with a twin size bunk. Bedroom 2 includes a full bed on the bottom bunk and twin bed on top. Bedroom 3 has a king bed. There is an additional twin bed in the loft area.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream with Caraway and Hexclad cookware, Coffee pot and Keurig (k-cups provided), Vitamix blender, Kitchen Aid mixer as well as a great assortment of spices, condiments, coffee and creamer.

Included in your stay you will have access to all the amenities Bear Lake Reserve has to offer including pools, hot tubs, private beach and lake access, marina with motorized and non-motorized boat rentals (fee), clubhouse with restaurant, tavern, cafe, movie theatre, fitness center, sauna, steam room, golf course (fee), pickle ball and tennis courts, summit overlook, fishing and hiking trails.

Security cameras are present outside the home directed at the front door, hot tub, and patio area.

Dispose of garbage in the bin out on the screened in deck. Garbage cannot be left outside due to bears. Do not leave food outside or in your car.
While not required, it is helpful to give notice when you have a service dog. An ESA or pet viewed on the security camera, results in a $250 fine.
Hot tub is PH balanced prior to each stay. If water is soiled at check out requiring a drain and refill, this results in $100 hot tub cleaning fee.

Great house very close to Lake Club
Cute home within a 2 minute drive to Bear Lake clubhouse which was great! Home was clean with comfortable beds. Loved the swing in back porch. Owner was very quick to respond to questions. I would say the only negative was not much space to put food as counter space is limited and cabinets were full of dishes. But we made due and had an awesome time!

A Great place to stay in Bear Lake Reserve
The house is like brand new and very comfortable. It’s very close to the lake club which is very convenient. We loved the hot tub and the massage chair. Everything was very easy and convenient and we would love to stay again in the future.
