CURRENTLY RENOVATING..NEW PICS COMING. Charming rural property offers the peacefulness of the country while still being close enough to town. Come home to a retreat outside the hustle and bustle of San Antonio.

You'll find comfy beds and all the essential amenities needed to stay for a weekend, or a few months. The guesthouse is set down a long driveway and sits about 60 feet from the main home. It is a completely separate residence with dedicated parking for 2 vehicles. The property is fully fenced and gated.

There are 2 bedrooms; 1 King bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom, plus a pull out sofa in the living room.

Bathroom has handicap accessible shower with grab bars in shower and by toilet.

Kitchen is equipped with oven, stove, full size fridge, and all the basic kitchenware and dishes. There is a pod type coffee pot and toaster.

Laundry in unit: washer and dryer, iron, ironing board.

Starlink internet. *Pretty fast most of the time depending on satellite position and obstructions.

We welcome dogs that are friendly. We have an old dog who has free roam of the property and may greet you as you come and go.

There are also chickens, pigs, and horses on the property, as well as other potential farm animals from time to time.

We live on site in the main house with our 4 children. They are free to run and play but know to respect the space of our guests.

If needed, trailer and RV parking are available for a fee.

After purchasing a home that had a little guesthouse, I decided to give hosting a go and discovered that I LOVE to host guests! So when it came time to move, a guesthouse in our new home was a requirement!

Why they chose this property

We chose our property because it is close enough to San Antonio when we need to go to "the big city," but far enough away that we can enjoy country life.

What makes this property unique

Our property just has a peacefulness about it. We may have 4 kids and a gaggle of animals, but there is something special about being out in the country surrounded by nature with the sound of chickens and farm animals.
