This apartment is part of a duplex and is the front unit, closer to the street. Someone else lives in the back apartment full time and is around if you need anything! This unit is very private and everything inside the apartment is yours alone to use during your stay. There is a carport spot for you to use, and washer/dryer in the carport area for guests to use, free of charge.

The apartment is yours alone during your stay. There is another full-time tenant on the property, staying in the other side of the duplex.
