The backyard is the perfect retreat and is seamless continuation of the home and the obvious owner’s attention to detail! The new and amazing backyard outdoor space includes two cozy seating areas with a gas firepit, an amazing waterfall fountain, and a dream outdoor kitchen under a covered romantic well lite gazebo to entertain with seating for 8! The Central Coast has an abundance of local events and this home is central to it all! One of the best Deli's down the street - High Street Deli, an icon!

The owner's a done an amazing job with the details. The home was fully remodeled with all the cozy features and comforts inside and out! You will absolutely love the backyard. The waterfall fountain feature and lightening make this a full retreat! The outdoor kitchen under the gazebo allows you to have a full dining experience under the night sky.
