I live in the Mount Pleasant, SC area and work as a Charleston Realtor and investor. I love travel, history, bicycling, fly fishing and great restaurants.
I have loved to travel since I was a child. When I feel a connection to a place I visit, I want to spend more time there. That's what happened the first time I visited Charleston, South Carolina over 40 years ago. Fast forward to seven years ago and we owned two vacation beach properties in the "Low Country" of Charleston and Beaufort, South Carolina.
Visiting Santa Fe, New Mexico, was another one of those cities I felt connected to. I first visited 10 years ago in a one night stop. Two months later my daughter moves there and now she has a family in Santa Fe.
I have visited often, and have now purchased a condo near downtown Santa Fe. Every time we visit, we fall in love a little more with the charms of Northern New Mexico and always look forward to our next trip. We are happy to share our cozy condo, appointed with New Mexican textiles and art, with you and hope you love it as much as we do.
Charleston and Santa Fe are among the oldest cities in the U.S. They both date back to European settlements in the 1600's. The ensuing cultural changes that came about as each city developed blended cultures, architectures, languages, arts and cuisine, created distinctly unique cities, that have some similarities but are vastly different from each other. Each are destination cities that draw visitors from all over the world. So whether you are craving the desert or the beach, I know you will enjoy staying in one of my favorite cities.
