5bed/6bath Ski Chalet

The Space:
Enjoy 5-bed, 4000sqft, new renovation with interior design by Restoration Hardware.  A Professional Chef`s Kitchen opens up to a cozy Grand Family Room and Dining Room with additional Breakfast Area makes it a true entertainment experience.  The Bunk Room provides excellent privacy, while the Media Room has that private theater feel.  Kick off the shoes and relax, or put on the hiking boots to explore the 40 wooded acres.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the property with the exception of the West Garage, the Airstream, and the Guest House.

The Neighborhood:
On the north side of E. Edgewood Drive, at the end of a private road amongst mostly agricultural parcels. No neighbors within sight or ear shot.

Getting Around:
10 mins to town, 30 mins to Glacier National Park, and 20 mins to the ski area on a bad day.

Perfection
This house was absolutely perfect for our family Christmas getaway. It was clean and exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and had a great coffee bar. The host was so responsive and accommodating. This house has everything necessary for a large group getaway. The bunk room away from the other bedrooms was a great place for our teens to hang out. Beds were great as well! We loved this place and would recommend to anyone visiting Whitefish.

The house and property are gorgeous, we had a great family vacation celebrating our parent's 50th wedding anniversary. We had plenty of space and the kids loved the bunk room. The host was excellent to work with and puts a lot of care into this property. We loved the privacy while still being close to town.

Annual Adventure Trip
Our group of 4 couples stayed at this truly lovely and modern home and loved it! Plenty of room to spread out, enjoyed the beautiful kitchen and deck. Very clean and well organized and labeled, informational booklet provided answers to our questions. We all loved it and would stay there again!

Spectacular home!
We spent the week at Back Forty Lodge to celebrate my daughter’s wedding in Whitefish. Everything was perfect. There was plenty of space for family. Each guest had their own bathroom. The owner went above and beyond to help make this an enjoyable week. I would give him a more than 5 star rating if I could.

incredible stay
beautiful home, incredible location. we spent the weekend with friends and family to celebrate our wedding. we had a dinner with everyone and there was plenty of space and seating for everyone. there were 2 cars available for rental in the garage and even alcohol and wine available to buy. hope to come back at some point. I can’t say enough good things about it.
