The Space:
This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit. The first bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed. *There is no ramp or elevator in this house*
There is one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Getting Around:
Guests are given one parking spot in the lot.

Any vehicles parked on the street by guests and not in the parking lot will be asked to be moved 24/7. Any vehicle that is parked on the street by a guest, and is not responding to communication on rectifying this in a timely manner, will be towed. This is a requirement by the City, and we will be enforcing it.

Other Things to Note:
House rules:
• Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors and at least 25 ft from the property. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM

Check-out Instructions
- Check-out is 11am
- Clean the dishes & return them.
- Turn TV off
- Leave AC on in summer and heat on in winter
- Lock door behind you

Interaction with Guests:
Guests will have total privacy; we are available only when needed.
