New to the market after recent renovations, this tastefully decorated classic Maine cottage is in a premier location near the salty sea!
A lovely park is in your view and the outstretched coastal walkway of Marginal Way, and sands of Little Beach are an 8-minute walk away. The ocean is nearly at your doorstep.

This small coastal town is overflowing with richness and this adorable cottage in in the middle of it all! Perkins Cove in one direction and Ogunquit Village and the main beach in the other. You won't need your car for much at all.

Central air conditioning for the hot summer days, a screened porch to sit and sip morning coffee, and a stone firepit to relax by while sharing the memories of the day's events.

There's a wonderful new kitchen, separate dining room, two bathrooms, wood floors and a spacious living room for all to gather.

This "little gem" will not disappoint you. And the location is fabulous.
