This well appointed 2BR, 1BA home accommodates up to 4 guests and is equipped with all essentials for a comfortable stay. The Cairo St Bungalow is designed for comfort and functionality:
Bedroom 1: Features a full-sized bed, a nightstand, and a versatile desk that can also serve as a makeup table. There's ample storage in the closet and under the bed.

Bedroom 2: Includes a queen-sized bed with built-in outlets on the headboard for device charging. It also features a comfortable reading chair and ottoman.

Bathroom: Conveniently located with entrances from both the kitchen and Bedroom 2. It features a shower/tub combo, a comfort height toilet, and a vanity with a sink.

Kitchen: Galley-style, equipped with a farmhouse basin sink, refrigerator, gas stove, and stackable washer and dryer. Small appliances include a blender, toaster, and coffee maker.


Dining Room: Features an oak table with seating for six, a corner desk with a monitor for work or study, and a floating bookshelf and small hutch for added functionality and style.

Living Room: Offers a stylish and comfortable setting with a leather couch, cozy reading chair, and a 55-inch smart TV.

Sunroom: A cozy retreat with two comfortable chairs and a table, perfect for enjoying natural light and peaceful moments.

Outdoor Spaces: Guests can enjoy the covered front porch with a swing, the enclosed sunroom, and the partially fenced backyard.

As our guest, you'll have access to the entire home, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. Please note that the cellar and outdoor storage shed are not accessible to guests.

Host Availability:

Housekeeping:

Short-term Cleaning fee: $90

Mid Term Cleaning Fee: A $200 cleaning fee is applied, collected along with the first rent. This fee is utilized for cleaning services after your stay.

Ongoing Cleaning Options: Guests can opt for additional cleaning services during their stay, available weekly or biweekly. This service, costing $65 per session, includes laundering sheets and towels, making beds, and cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, and living spaces.

Trash Disposal: Guests are responsible for bagging trash and placing it in the black bin outside the back door. The host will collect this trash every Tuesday for your convenience.

Frisco Heights is a pedestrian and bike friendly neighborhood, and nearby public transport and short drives connect you easily to Springfield's highlights. Enjoy a short stroll to nearby shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues, all while being part of a warm, welcoming community.

Damage Waiver: A $65 damage waiver, a cost-effective alternative to a security deposit, in partnership with Waive-it. You will be sent a link to complete the waiver.

Pet Deposits: Required for guests bringing pets.
If you plan to bring pets, a pet agreement is required for your stay. You will need to read and sign the agreement carefully, as certain breeds are not permitted within Springfield city limits and are therefore not allowed per our insurance. On move-in day, meet our host for a property walkthrough and to receive your access codes. Once settled, you can enjoy your cozy and convenient new home, making the most of your stay.
