THE SPACE

Each 400sf room features:
- 2 Queen beds;
- Fully-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, fridge, microwave, stovetop/oven, and kitchenware;
- All linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided. You don’t need to bring a thing!!

THE PROPERTY

Our family-friendly property provides the following on-site amenities:
- 24/7 Front desk and Security;
- Beach access;
- Complimentary beach towels;
- Swimming pool;
- Loungers, umbrellas, and towels by the pool;
- Self-parking is available (first come first serve basis) and costs USD 15 per day plus tax;
- It's free to park on the street on Harding Ave and the area west of it. Always check for posted signs.

NOTE: Some of the amenities may not function as advertised. At this time and until further notice:
- Daily housekeeping is not provided, but full-room service is offered every third day only. Towel replenishment is provided daily;
- For any amenities needed such as extra towels or soap please approach the hotel front desk;
- Luggage storage is currently unavailable.

NOTE: Reservations that have not been canceled or modified prior to the cancellation period will be assessed a penalty of the entire stay room and a tax penalty. Reservations that have not been canceled, and which are not consumed, will be considered “no-show” and will be assessed a penalty of the entire stay room and tax no-show penalty. The hotel reserves the right to modify cancellation periods based on business demands and will notify you in a prompt manner.
