Have fun with the whole family at this stylish and high scale place in a gated resort, Solara Resort. Very new vacation home has everything you need! All bedrooms have TVs, and there are two parents king bedrooms and three kids theme bedrooms. Huge open living area and a private pool & spa provide a perfect place to family and friends get together:) The resort offers a restaurant, a coffee shop, a pool, a water slide and splash pad, fitness center, basketball volleyball courts, and so much more!

 Bedrooms: 5 bedrooms, 6 beds: 2 King, 2 fulls, 1 bunk bed:)
 Bathrooms: 4 Full+Half.
 Living rooms: two areas, sofa & TV.
 Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, and dishwasher; a large dining table; a huge island with a breakfast bar and an additional outside dining table at the covered lanai.
 Laundry room: 1st floor has a laundry room with a set of large capacity washer & dryer.
 Game room: pool and foosball tables at 2nd floor with sofa and accent chairs.
 Baby equipment is available, including highchair, strollers and playpen per the guests' request.
 Screened private swimming pool (heated to 83F’ish) and connected Hottub/Spa (heated to 102F’ish) with extra payment.

Parking: There is a regular two car garage for parking, and two car can park on the driveway.

Many popular shopping, dining, entertainment, and amusement destinations are minutes away. The home is located just 15 minutes south of DISNEY World & a short drive further to Universal Studios. There is a Pulix, Walmart supermarket, CVS Pharmacy, Multiple restaurants, banks, and other services approx. 3 miles from the home. There are also some amazing smaller attractions immediately nearby.

* Pool & spa heater costs an extra fee: $40 plus tax/night, and it should be ordered for the entire stay. Payment needs to be done before the check-in date, otherwise a trip fee would apply.

* For early check-in or late check-out questions, we don’t know yet. If there is a same day check-out or check-in group, the cleaning needs to start at 10am sharp and won’t be finished by 4pm, but I will keep my guests updated:)
