Brewster Cape House with Central AC - Pet Friendly

This home is calling your name! Conveniently located near all the Lower Cape beaches, restaurants and attractions, it's the perfect home for a large or extended family or a getaway with friends.

This traditional Cape Cod style house boasts 3 bedrooms and two full baths. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs including the oversized master with a king size Tempur-pedic bed, the second room has a full size bed, and the third room has twin over full bunk beds. Most renters bring their own sheets and towels. If needed, you may use ours and wash/dry/fold before departure time. A large, newer bathroom with double sinks and a full tub rounds out the second floor.
Additionally, there is a bonus room that is easily accessible through the mud room, up the stairway in the garage that features a queen size bed and privacy from the rest of the guests. A full bathroom (with first floor laundry) is adjacent to the mud room and services the queen bedroom above the garage. An Open floor plan includes the living room, dining area, newer kitchen and family room.

Almost everything in this home is updated - kitchen, bathrooms, kitchenware, rugs, and more. Ductless air conditioning cools the main floor living area, master bedroom, and bonus bedroom above the garage. There are also new window AC units in the upstairs full bed and bunk room.

Enjoy relaxing and eating on the large deck overlooking the quiet, wooded back yard. Use the Keurig to enjoy morning coffee, cook on the Weber grill, or have a family soccer game on the flat irrigated lawn. The fenced in yard is ideal for young children or a well-behaved dog. The NEW oversized outdoor shower is perfect and private for a morning shower or a quick rinse after the beach.
The driveway can accommodate three cars.

The house is convenient to the beautiful Captain's Golf course just a mile down the road. While just a few miles away you'll also find the Brewster Whitecaps baseball, Orleans Firebirds, or a drive down historic Route 6A to antique shops and more beaches.

This home has space for the whole family to enjoy a memorable Cape Cod vacation.

We are year round Cape Cod residents who love sharing this perfect little sandbar with guests. Garran is a Brewster native who met Christie when she summered here from Connecticut.
Christie is teacher while Garran owns and operates a property services company. Our dogs think it's their job to keep the rabbits and turkeys out of the yard. Our children have no idea how lucky they are to live so close to the beach and enjoy being ice cream and clam chowder connoisseurs.
We've successfully rented another property for nearly a decade and are excited to offer this house too.
We can provide tons of ''local knowledge'' to new visitors and are happy to recommend some of our favorite must do's like a Cape Cod Baseball game, lunch at the Ho, dinner at the Brewster Fish House or a sunset ice cream at the Ice Cream Cafe.
The Lower Cape has so much to offer and our home is a great jumping off point.

Why they chose this property

This house is convenient to Brewster, Orleans and Harwich. It has space for the family to spread out with the 3 bedrooms upstairs and the bonus room above the garage ideal, for another couple (and a young child on an aerobed) or the in-laws.
This house has been well maintained since it was built 25 years ago and has many updates. This isn't your grandma's cottage. AC split units in the main space, wood floors throughout, updated bathrooms, quiet yard with mature plantings, first floor laundry and more makes this a modern rental. We love the ability to be in the kitchen while the kids are close by in the playroom, chatting with guests in the living room and the great flow this house provides.
