I'm originally from the Chicago suburbs and first visited Nosara in 2022, then moved to Playa Pelada in 2023. It was the best decision that I've made! I enjoy the beach, hiking the jungle trails with my dogs, and meeting new people. Building a strong community is important to me and I'd love to welcome you into mine.

Why they chose this property

Playa Pelada is one of the most amazing beaches, especially for sunsets. The neighborhood has plenty of jungle to be immersed in, plus the wildlife is always exciting to have around. The people are great and there are plenty of amazing attractions nearby like restaurants and shopping.

What makes this property unique

Our property is tucked away in a private location and it is incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Monkeys visit the mango trees on the property almost every morning and you'll definitely see lots of birds. Lush jungle landscaping and one of the biggest Guanacaste trees overhead are great for decompressing from "city life". One of my favorite features is the ion-generated, chemical-free pool (one of a sparse few in Nosara). No more smelly chlorine or dry skin, you'll actually feel the silky smooth water nourishing your skin!
