Located on the Costa Azul coast line of San Jose del Cabo, this 1 bedroom 5th floor corner unit has unobstructed views of the 3 most famous surf breaks in Los Cabos from its over sized terrace. Mykonos boasts 3 swimming pools and 2 Jacuzzis, one of which sits practically on the beach. We even have a fully equipped gym and tennis court. This condo has free high speed internet, 2 flat screen satellite televisions, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Two large terraces, BBQ, and lounge chairs. This is a great condo for a couple or small family to spend their vacation.

Policies
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS: 50% of your reservation is due within 24 hours of your reservation. The total is due 45 days prior to your check in date. If you have a credit card on file it will be charged automatically unless other payment arrangements are made. Please review your reservation and make sure all the information including check in and check out dates are correct.


PAYMENT TERMS: Credit Cards, Electronic Funds or Electronic Checks are accepted. There is a $50 USD charge for all returned checks plus the cost of collection.


CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel your trip, we can refund 80% of the deposit within 30 days of booking, 50% up to 45 days prior to your arrival. There are no refunds if the reservation is canceled less than 45 days prior to the arrival date. There are no cancellations during Christmas or New Years week.


RESCHEDULE: If you need to reschedule your trip, you may reschedule 45 day or more prior to your arrival date with the same property and number of nights for travel within one year of the original check-out date. Subject to a $100.00 USD rescheduling fee. Rescheduled reservations are subject to availability and price increases and the nightly rate is based on the new reservation dates.

Note: Holiday and Limited Offer reservations may not be rescheduled. Holiday reservations are subject to surcharges.

The condo has a wonderful ocean view. The beach in front of Mykonos is very nice.Guard gate and guards on site for a very secure stay.

not once did I see or receive a phone call from Michelle who was supposedly our host. she answered my questions by email, uSually a day or two after I asked them. I have stayed with VRBO several times and have never had the complete experience of being so completely on my own without support from the host.

Beautiful property

Mynokos is a beautiful property. The grounds and pool area are absolutely stunning. They have a great gym which was very well maintained and very clean. The whole property was spotlessly clean. As for our condo, it had great views of the ocean and property, but was in need of an overhaul. New furniture and paint would do wonders. This is why I only gave 4 stars. Would stay again if condo updated.

Anniversary Interlude

The condo was a perfect place to celebrate our marriage anniversary. We are frequent Cabo visitors and had also stayed at Mykonos with other family members so the resort was known to us. It literally is right on the beach and, unlike many resorts, it is swimmable. The bonus space was perfect for sunbathing without tan lines!!! There was a problem with the a/c on our arrival, but a phone call brought repair people. We chose to shop for groceries and have lunch, so by the time we returned, they were just finishing up. We would return in a heartbeat.

Views are amazing. Property is right on the beach with gated parking. The unit however needs some TLC. All the chairs for the outside table are broken, ceiling fan in living room not working properly, lamp in bedroom doesn't work. The young man that brought us the toiletries was very nice.

Loved the property as a whole, two pools, hot tub, right on the ocean. Condo had a great ocean view with 3 balconies. VERY clean but furniture is a bit tired. Some maintenance needs to be done too, living room light didn't work. Grill didn't work and we never did get Sat. TV

Nice view

The property needed some attention, no laundry soap or trash bags. Furniture needs replacing, missing screens on sliding doors. We had some heavy rains and water came into the unit from under the glass doors. The pool area was nice and the property well kept. Lots of highway noise!

Snowbird winter!

San Jose del Cabo is always great but the addition of this unit made our stay even better. The unit was clean and well equipped. Best view for the sun rise and sunset. Afternoon sunning on the side patio was a welcome addition. I must admit the traffic noise is annoying but it is what it is and it fades into the background after a couple days. The bed was comfortable and cable/satellite tv was a bonus. Nice memories made here. I’d definitely stay here again on a return to Cabo. Thank you!

The gated check in and security at the facility was seamless. The property is beautiful and well kept. The biggest draw back was ants. Ants were constantly in the kitchen and bathroom of our unit. Even when things weren’t left out. It was a bit much. The pool are nice and clean with easy beach access. To get to any restaurants or night life you must Uber. Since you’re located on the highway there are little to no walkable places. It was very quiet and peaceful here the entire time. No loud parties, which was nice.

A minor issue with the bathroom taps was fixed immediately, the staff at Cabo Bound Vacations are very efficient and pleasant.Mykonos Bay Resort is the perfect holiday venue on the quiet end of the beach, extremely clean with two pools and two hot tubs. Very well managed and round the clock security, the perfect vacation.

Great stay!

Overall a great stay! If you’ve never been to Cabo, this might be a little bit removed from where all the food and shopping And you will need an Uber or to rent a car to get around. But for us it was perfect. We enjoyed the quietness and watching the sunrise every morning. The walk to the beach is very easy. The use of the two pools was amazing as well. we used the hot tub once and it seem to be very similar heat to pools. Which was fine with us because the weather was pretty warm. Minor, and I mean VERY minor things to know are the sliding glass makes some noise and the shower door doesn’t fully close other tiny things related to wear and tear but are easily overlooked, considering the location of this property, and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Booking was very easy and the post was extremely accommodating and allowing us a late check out because our flight was later in the day a huge thank you! Oh awesome experience especially if you surf!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The complex is wonderful- fantastic pool (salt water), jacuzzi, plenty of swim beds and seating, amazing beach, gym, courts all beautifully kept and clean. Unfortunately, it is by a very busy road and below a flight path so there is constant noise but you get used to it.The condo 503b has amazing views of the beach with one large terrace and two smaller balconies with comfortable seats. The kitchen has modern, clean and working appliances but sink tap was wonky and garburator did not work. Cupboards were old but ok. Some issues with ants. The furniture in the main room were old, worn out, stains on the table etc all in need to be replaced. The sunbed was ripped and broken and should be thrown out and replaced. The fan, lights and bathroom light all covered in dust. The dryer’s lint filter was filled in lint , so much in the inner part that could not be cleaned thus a huge potential fire risk.The roller blinds were not working and one was broken which we arranged to be fixed during our stay. Metal shutters were old, difficult to close and need maintenance. Also the netting on the window was tornTwo Tv with Netflix and cable.The master bedroom was comfortable with good hanging space. The place lacked any warmth , beige walls, no pictures or mirrors.The bathroom light over the sink did not work and extractor fan was dusty.We used Uber to visit the centre, go shopping etc very inexpensive. Only a couple of restaurants nearby - 10 minutes walk - we enjoyed Pescadito for great food, drinks and view.Disappointed not to receive a response from management company or owner based on some negative experiences we endured.

So much potential with a little TLC

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: People are incredibly friendly. Location is perfect for access to beach, golfing, fishing and dining. The condo itself needs TLC. The screen doors are broken; they fall off the track and the screens are pulled away from the frame. Light fixtures are missing covers, and there is evidence of rusting. The kitchen faucet falls over. The main door won't stayed closed unless it is bolted, which is inconvenient when stepping out for a moment. The condo initially appears clean, as long as you don't look up. Sounds like a place I would not want to stay. But, great location, friendly people, felt safe, pool and surrounding areas are well maintained and property manager was quick to respond to our needs. My hope is that this condo will receive the TLC it needs and we will be back.

Ocean views for days…love the Greek inspired resort in Mexico

Our first impression as we walked into this property was wow! The pros: The ocean view from the three large sliding glass doors was picture perfect. Condo boasted 3 terraces with amazing waterfront views. Huge bbq space complete with Weber grill was nice. Comfy bed and pillows. Washer/dryer always a plus. Well appointed kitchen. Three large pools/hot tub. Walking distance to beautiful beaches and ocean. Gated community with security at check in. Convenient parking spot. Not a lot of road noise. A few cons: Sofa was old and worn. Light/ fan control in bedroom did not work despite battery replacement. Broken chain in bedroom shade made it tough to raise and lower. Hurricane Hilary rain/ strong winds caused a lot of water seepage through sliding glass doors into living room. Spent a lot of time mopping and keeping floor dry despite shutters being closed. Cluttered boxes noted on top of bedroom closet. Shower door does not close completely. Towel bar in shower was loose. Shower tiles could be cleaner. Toilet seat is worn out and not very clean in appearance. Had issues with ants in kitchen upon arrival. The condo management team was helpful with getting ant repellent for us to use though it came two days later. They were responsive to my emails in an acceptable time. Gym was nice except no air conditioning especially when temperatures hit the high 90 degrees. Overall a great VRBO! Would recommend and stay again if some of the changes to unit are considered.

You get the morning sun on one side and afternoon sun on the other. AC worked great as it was very hot when we were there. The bed was very comfortable, as well as the outdoor furniture. The couch definitely needs to be replaced, but we did not come to sit inside :) One of the outdoor lounges was out of commission which was disappointing.Loved that there was a beach umbrella to use, only suggestion would be to have the backpack type beach chairs available.

Great kitchen.Issues?, grill never worked even when we had the tank filled. Sta. TV never worked. We were stuck with JUST Netflix, after we called twice. Furniture really needs to be refreshed.

Really no complaints about the condo - Peter was quick to resolve any small issues that we encountered such as filling the BBQ propane tank. Condo had everything we needed. Yes, the highway is noisy, but it really didn't bother us. The property is getting older - there are small issues such as the jets don't work in one hot tub, but not a big deal. Grocery store is nearby and easy to access through Uber. Grounds were well kept and very clean. Loved whale watching from any of the three decks. We would love to go again!
