The Ainslie House - Downtown
Welcome to The Ainslie House in Charlevoix! Originally built between 1916 and 1917 this house is currently being completely renovated. Beach access to Lake Michigan only a few blocks away. Just minutes away from the boutique shops, amazing restaurants and some fudge in downtown Charlevoix. An oversized back deck for relaxing/dining and even a large one out front as well. Plenty of parking available in the driveway or out front in the city parking spaces. All of downtown is within walking distance. We do not currently hold our short term rental license yet and therefore rentals must be for a minimum of 29 days. There is a $1,000 refundable damage deposit that will be collected 1 day prior to arrival and refunded 5 days after departure.
