Welcome to Brock's Beach Pad! This newly constructed 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath vacation home accommodates up to 12 guests. The home features arcade games, full-size games such as Connect Four and corn hole, a private pool, and stunning views of the Gulf! The boardwalk is golf cart accessible!

The Space:
Brock's Beach Pad, located in the Sunrise Beach community, is a newly constructed neighborhood on Highway 361, just minutes from Port Aransas. The community offers a beach-accessible boardwalk and beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico.

As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by an open floor plan and stylish decor. The kitchen is fully stocked and has brand-new stainless steel appliances. An air fryer/instant pot combo and a Ninja blender are also provided. You'll find a combination coffee maker, as well as complimentary coffee and creamer. The dining table accommodates up to 8 people, and there are 4 additional bar stools.

The living room is furnished with comfortable seating, a 65-inch flat-screen TV, and an electric fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere for indoor relaxation. Spectrum streaming is available on Roku TVs. Queen sleeper sofa provided. There is a full-sized, stackable washer and dryer located in the hallway closet.

Bedroom 1- King-sized bed with ensuite bathroom- 50-inch flat-screen tv

Enjoy a game session on the Arcade games - Pac-Man, NFL Blitz, and Street Fighter or utilize the full-size games such as Connect 4 and corn hole.

Outside near the pool area, you will find an outdoor sofa and chairs, a propane grill, a half bath, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a long fun beach day. Enhance your evening ambiance with stylish patio string lights. Beach towels will be provided for guests' use.

Free parking on premises for 4 vehicles. A golf cart could fit in the garage.

Other Things to Note:
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.

ACCESS CODE: We have a lock box on our property. You won't need to go to an office and pick up the keys. This code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 30 minutes before your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax, and enjoy.

INCIDENTALS: The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and bath towels. At the property, guests have access to both a Keurig K Cup and a drip coffee maker.

SELF-CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.

We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:
- to abide by our rental terms and conditions.
- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG
- the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
- age requirement of 25 years or older to reserve a property.

SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue, and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sunblock and beach gear.

This property is managed by Sand Key Vacation Rentals. We are located at 221 W. Avenue A Suite 6 in Port Aransas. We are open 9 - 5 Monday - Sat and 10 - 3 on Sunday.
