The house is located in Plaka of Naxos, within a plot of 2.000m² and consists of ground floor and first floor. It has four independent studios. In front of the plot there is a smooth coastal earth road of mild passage of vehicles connecting Plaka with neighboring locations. Plaka is a coastal settlement and is 8km from the port and 4km from Naxos airport.
The specific studio C is 24m² furnished and has a kitchen, a table and a double bed in a single room and a bathroom. There is also a veranda with view only to plains and rocky mountains. It is on the ground floor has a modern architecture and is built from colored decorative cement coating, large tiles and mosaics.
The house is 70m away from the beautiful white sandy beach of Plaka with natural sand dunes along it and green-blue crystal clean waters. It is characterized as one of the most seductive beaches of Greece and its coastal zone has been designated as a site of particular ecological and social value and has been included in the European Natura 2000 network. Moreover, on 03.05.2018 was included by the British newspaper "Guardian" among 25 most beautiful beaches in Europe! It is a 4km long beach of natural beauty. In some places you will find cedar trees and white lilies, which grow near the beach.
Near the house, there is the intercity bus stop ("Petrino" bus stop), with very frequent itineraries (every half an hour) from port to Plaka and reversely.
Finally in the wider area along the beach, there are traditional taverns and beach bars, umbrellas and deck chairs, water sports equipment and mini markets.
