☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
The home easily accommodates 6 guests with its four bedrooms. The 4th bedroom is a full in-law suite /apt with its own entrance. Master bedroom sports a king sized bed with a Tempurpedic memory foam mattress and blackout shades. The second bedroom also offers a king sized bed. A third bedroom is setup as a TV room, and houses a queen size sofa bed. The fourth bedroom contains a twin bed that easily converts to a King. All the bedrooms are fitted with quality 460 thread count sateen sheets for that luxury feel.

There’s a full size air mattress available to set up in the living room for additional guests .

Two sparkling clean bathrooms are available for your use in the bungalow. One features a large two-person tub and the other, a Kholer rain showerhead with handheld spray. We supply shower gels and towels for your convenience.

The stunning kitchen is equipped with everything you could need to create a delicious meal. You’ll look forward to the entire cooking experience with its generous counter space, accessible arrangement, premium appliances including a cooking range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and Nespresso machine. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and cooking basics are all provided to kickstart the process. The refrigerator is a large size to store your supplies from grocery shopping.

Full size laundry machine and dryer conveniently located and tucked away under Kitchen counter.

The separate dining area is a well lit and beautifully-decorated room that invites you to sit down with your loved ones for memorable meal times.

The house benefits from multiple living areas. Each space offers plush furniture, elegant decor, and lots of natural light. The main living room is furnished with two cozy, plush sofas and accented with a gorgeous fireplace. There’s free superfast WiFi throughout the home. The flat screen Samsung Smart TVs throughout the home include apple TV and subscriptions to YouTube TV and Amazon Prime Video. 11 Sonos speakers (also outdoor) add to your entertainment experience.

We have taken every measure to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The home includes sound-proofing, and a HVAC system that cleans and purifies the air with a HEPA filter and UV light.

If you like the inside of this bungalow, you will LOVE the outdoor space! The outdoor entertainment area helps you take full advantage of the beautiful Atlanta weather. There’s plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy a meal. You can experience the heated pool with endless pool swim jet and the hot springs hot tub. Depending on time of year - there may be additional fee for hot tub and pool. Please inquire.

As our guest, you will have access to the majority of the home throughout your stay. Free off-street parking is available, as well as a driveway that will fit 2 vehicles.

There is an additional unit in the basement that the owner stays in occasionally. The basement unit does not have internal access to the remainder of the bungalow, which will be yours. You can also take advantage of our large, heated swimming pool and outdoor hot tub for a truly remarkable stay! Please inquire if you would like to make sure the basement apartment is not occupied during your stay.

The neighborhood consists of tree-lined streets with sidewalks and is home to Atlanta's famous Alon's Bakery. Every Saturday from 8 AM to 11:30, there is a farmers market (Morningside Farmers Market) which sells local produce and flowers. Their is another rental unit in basement, which over looks the pool and entertainment space for the pool. This unit is 1, bedroom, 1 bath with full kitchen and can be rented with an additional cost if available. We can also make sure the basement is not rented during your stay, upon request.
