Pool Retreat/ Modern and cozy
A small studio apartment with private entrance attached to the main house, completely separate everything you need to make your stay memorable. It has no windows, but a beautiful outside area and you can sit by the canal and enjoy the view- IT is centrally located within walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. Cameras facing the canal and the outside of the house. No big trucks or trailers allowed is a residential area. Pool will be shared starting May 2025- additional fee for heating pool

Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is very residential but has great restaurant and a supermarket within walking distance the canal views in back of the house are beautiful.
What makes this property unique
This small apartment is special. Lots of fishing in the canal you can catch big fish. The pool is great will be shared after May 2025
