Strawberry escape

Super fun get away in nature. My boys loved it! We played and explored in the backyard, made campfires and relaxed in the hot tub.

Great Cabin Getaway!

Perfect getaway ti get the cabin feel with your family! Plenty of fun to be had on the deck and in the back yard. Located in a great place to be able to go play in the Verde River and Fossil Creek!

My husband and i came up from phoenix to this awesome little cabin...which was exactly what they said it would be. Clean cute and very kind owner's! Highly recommended

Great escape from the heat

We came up for a long weekend out of the heat of the valley. This cabin was close to Pine where we spent a lot of time. It was also a great location to sit outside and watch the thunderstorms roll in each afternoon. We even saw lots of elk at sunrise and sunset. We love the small town feel of Strawberry and Pine and will be back.

The perfect cabin

This cabin is amazing. My husband, myself, our 3 and 4yo daughters stayed in the main cabin. The layout is great, nice big windows to soak in the forest. The casita in the back was perfect for our brother and sister in law to have their own space to stay. The host were very accommodating, super quick to respond to messages and even had little treats waiting for our kids with the welcome booklet when we arrived. We hope to come back and stay again soon!

Cabin

You show the fireplace as a amenities but sign on fireplace as do not use. This would have been a big help in keeping cabin warm. Gaps under doors and a crack in the wall by the fireplace causing cold drafts coming in. It took over 5 hours to warm up the cabin upon arival. Space heaters had to be moved depending on the room we were in. Bathtub caulking needs to be repaced due to mold anf the cooktop was durty. We enjoyed the cabins quaintness

Great Location and cute cabin

Overall we had a lovely time in Strawberry. It is fun that there are horses across the street and the elk come visit the yard. The host was quick to respond and check in was easy. The cabin is a bit smaller than anticipated, but fine. There are a lot of blankets available and one TV. Things to note, if it is the winter it takes at least a full 24 hours for the cabin to warm up downstairs. The entrance to the driveway is tight, my husband’s truck was a tight squeeze with branches scraping the top of his truck. I understand security cameras by the front door, but there is also one on the back patio and one pointed directly at the hot tub. There is great water pressure in the shower and the outdoor set up is nice and I’m sure would be lots of fun in warmer weather. Overall it was a decent stay, just some things we took note of that would be nice to know if we return.

Fun cabin vibes

We enjoyed the over-the-top cabin details and many, many chairs to relax and read. Although close to neighbors, they were friendly and we still had wildlife encounters including an elk who wandered through the backyard at dusk. The separate casita was perfect for our adult son. The hosts were very responsive and had taken care to provide small, hospitable details. Plan for no microwave, but kitchen was otherwise stocked.

Peaceful, quiet and comfortable vacation

This my first vas my first vacation as a single mom with my boys and it was amazing. My oldest son is almost 21 with Autism so having the casita was a godsend ❤️. This allowed him to be as independent as he could be and i was still close. We brought our own tv and microwave for the casita and he was the happiest Ive ever seen him. My other son is 13 and enjoyed the loft all to himself. I enjoyed laying on the couch looking out the huge front window while working on a word search. I also enjoy going on walks and it was amazing to aee all the Elk walking around like they own the place. Thank you so very much for sharing your beautiful home with us🙏❤️
