Welcome to our historic, Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired home built in 1923, perfectly situated within Spokane to be less than 5 minutes from nearly anything you could want. Set within a peaceful and lush residential neighborhood, you'll love your stay in this cozy, recently renovated space.
A heavy, sliding barn door opens into a dining/kitchen space. A kitchenette with sink, small refrigerator, microwave, hot plate/griddle and air fryer/toaster oven are included for food prep and storage. There is no oven, so for guests who need the full kitchen experience, this may not be the best option.
French doors open into a bedroom containing a 50 inch smart TV with Xfinity streaming service. Ample storage for your things is provided in an accompanying bureau of drawers, and an over-sized cedar closet is built in for hanging clothes. There's also a coat rack for coats and hats and a full-sized mirror.
Other amenities include a HEPA-grade air purifier and a water purifier.
The private guest bathroom down the hallway from the apartment suite includes heated tile floors and a rainfall shower head.
Guest access
From a private side entrance tucked away from busy city noises, you'll travel down a short flight of stairs that opens into a laundry room. This is a common area from which guest access is provided. Straight ahead is a heavy barn-style door that opens into the guest apartment suite. To the right, another door opens into a hallway that leads to the private guest bathroom.
