- I do have two permanent tenants in the main house / please don’t bother with them. They keep to themselves and hangout on their side of the fence.
- This is a very family driven neighborhood and district - No drinking outside - Park in the car port and or next to the house behind the fence.

I am 46 years old. I’m a father of 4. Myself and my daughter have served in the US Marine Corps. I am engaged. We plan on getting married in October. I’ve lived in Lakeland for 15 plus years. This property is within a mile of my primary residence, so I’m beyond familiar with the location.

Why they chose this property

It’s 100 years old!! FL Southern College is a ten minute walk. Downtown is less than a mile away. Centrally located to several theme parks. 39 miles Disney, 36 miles to Busch Gardens, and 20 miles to Legoland. Less than a mile away from the RP Funding Center in Lakeland. Tiger Town (Detroit Tigers Spring training) is less then four miles away. The Lakeland Linder Airport (Sun N Fun) is six miles away.

What makes this property unique

Space consists of a living room, full bathroom, full kitchen, table and a fully appointed bedroom.
In the living room there is a pull out couch, with sheets in the coffee table chest. In the living room there is a dining area with two stools that doubles as a work space. The full kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig and all accessories. The bedroom has a queen bed, side tables, dresser and closet to keep your things organized. There is a screened porch with a bistro set to sit and enjoy your morning coffee as well as an screened gazebo outside that has a patio set for you to delight in the Florida weather
