Stay in our brand new, modern home in downtown Johnson City, TN! This sleek property boasts contemporary design, high-end finishes, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Perfectly located, you're just steps away from local dining, shopping, and entertainment in the downtown area. Also conveniently located minutes from Founder's Park, King Commons Park, ETSU, JCMC, and the VA hospital.

The Space:
Our modern home features an inviting second-floor living space with a private garage underneath. The stylish one-bedroom layout includes a spacious bathroom with a queen bed and a comfortable living room with a trundle pull-out couch, perfect for extra guests. Enjoy morning coffee or evening relaxation on the charming balcony. Designed with contemporary touches and high-end finishes, this space offers the perfect blend of comfort and luxury in downtown Johnson City.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the upstairs apartment as well as the garage that you may park in if you'd like. Garage door must be opened from inside the unit, there is no remote provided.

The Neighborhood:
Downtown Johnson City is a vibrant neighborhood brimming with character and charm. Known for its rich history and friendly community, the area offers a variety of local dining options, boutique shopping, and lively entertainment venues. One unique highlight is the Founders Park, which frequently hosts outdoor concerts, farmers markets, and community events. The city's blend of historic architecture and modern amenities makes it a delightful place to explore and enjoy.

Getting Around:
Johnson City does have public transportation and Uber/Lyft rides are always available as well. If you're driving to the downtown area for dining or events, there are four primary public parking lots -- Cherry Street Parking, Tipton Street Parking, Downtown Square Parking, and Founder's Pavilion Parking.

Other Things to Note:
There is another studio apartment that is located below this living space where we could be hosting other guests at the same time. This guest will also have access to the left side of the driveway while you will park on the right side of the driveway or in the garage. There is street parking available as well.

The unit is self-checkin and guests will be provided with a code and instructions exactly 24 hours before check-in. So if your check-in time is 4 p.m. on Friday you will receive instructions at 4 p.m. on Thursday. The cleaning fee includes bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, makeup removal cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen towels, hand soap, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, face tissue, and laundry detergent. The cleaners will leave a starter supply of all of these items but they are not replenished during the stay. All discounts available are included in the pricing you see on the booking channel. Discounts for long-term stays are automatically calculated when you choose the dates you would like to stay.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests may communicate with us via text or the booking channel. There will be a slower response time with phone calls. If there is an emergency affecting a person's safety guests should call 911 and contact us once everyone is safe.

beautiful rental
The home itself was exactly as advertised, beautiful decor and brand new! The only quim I had was communication with property manager - I had to leave messages at 3 locations before I was able to get check in information just hours before our check in - and the location. While we enjoyed our stay it would have been nice to be made more aware of the location. The pictures of the outside area were a bit deceiving as there were properties very close on both sides and little yard for our dog.
