PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance with Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and the like for this location in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Violation of this policy will result in cancellation of the reservation without any refund, and you will be asked to immediately leave the property.

SMOKING: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside away from other unit front doors. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fine and extra cost to get rid of residual odors.

NUMBER OF GUESTS. No outside guests are allowed. Only the number of people in your booking are allowed in the home. Please make sure to include in the reservation the correct number of guests staying.

By booking this home, you are agreeing to the house rules, you agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay at this home, and agree to keep the premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing, damaged, or broken. We want you to have a great stay in our home, and to make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, we kindly ask you to follow these rules:

Please refrain from excessive drinking, smoking, vaping, or any use of illegal substances on our property. A violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine and an additional cleaning charge.

To conserve energy, please turn off lights when leaving your bedroom or the house. Please always lock the main door when entering or leaving.

Our housekeeping staff provides enough towels and linens for the registered guests only. If you need extra towels or linens, please let us know before your check-in date. Otherwise, we will charge a $20 fee for each stained, damaged, or missing towel.

We require that guests check out by 10 AM, unless prior arrangements have been made. Late check-outs that have not been approved will incur a $50 fee for every 30 minutes past 10 AM.

If you bring a pet that was not disclosed during the booking process, a $500 fine per pet will be charged.

Please note that no events or parties are allowed, and quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM. We ask that you respect our neighbors by avoiding loud music and noise, and there will be a $500 fee for any events that disturb the quiet hours or cause disturbance to the neighbors.
