Your Vacation Home was recently fully redone with a brand new kitchen, new appliances, and fresh paint throughout! The furnishings are also all new along with an amazing tiki bar, custom rock stream, & tropical waterfall right next to the pool. Tropical palms line the fenced back yard and the home is located within a 5-8 minute bike ride to downtown and also the Yacht Club beach and fishing pier. The tiki bar outdoor kitchen, patio covered teak wood dining table for 8, outdoor tv, and private backyard with a hammock make for an ultra relaxing and peaceful environment. The Yacht club and downtown are the most desirable vacation destination areas in Cape Coral, Florida and this amazing home sits right in between both neighborhoods.

* TELEVISIONS
The living room, master bedroom and patio all have 50” smart TV’s for streaming. On each, you can watch live TV through the live TV app or the Pluto app which has hundreds of channels. Feel free to login with your Prime, Disney+, Hulu or other account during your stay.

The living room TV has an Xfinity box for watching cable television.

Guests who stay have full access to the entire home and outdoor area with no shared space. The house has a one car garage and just has a few items in it including two coolers, so pulling into the garage isn't complicated. If needed, you can easily fit 3 to 4 cars in the driveway since there is added parking space next to the house on the right.

EXTERIOR CAMERAS - Please be advised, there are exterior cameras around the perimeter of the home. One Ring doorbell at the front door, one Ring camera on the garage side of the home and one Ring camera on the side of the home by the pool heater. There are only 3 in total and there are none inside the home.

We have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms available for you use. You and your guests will have full private access to the entire house, pool, fenced yard & outdoor space.

Check-In time is 4pm or later.
Check-out time is 10am at the latest.
(Please be aware that cleaning and unit turn-over typically takes approximately 4-5 hours in between guests. Check out after 10 am will incur additional fees).

We are always available to answer your questions or provide advice if it is your first or tenth time staying in Cape Coral! For the fastest response, please use the messenger to contact us as our app notifications are set to alert us instantly via text message.

We typically respond within 1-10 minutes to our messages between the hours of 8 am and 9 pm EST. On occasion, say less than 10% of the time, it may take up to an hour for a response if we are in a meeting or working on a project. For after hours messages, we will have a response to you by 9am the next day. Whether this is your first experience or your 100th, our goal is to make it a great one!
