I am 46 years old. I’m a father of 4. Myself and my daughter have served in the US Marine Corps. I am engaged. We plan on getting married in October. I’ve lived in Lakeland for 15 plus years. This property is within a mile of my primary residence, so I’m beyond familiar with the location.
Why they chose this property
Space consists of a living room, full bathroom, full kitchen, a small work desk, and a large spacious bedroom. In the living room there is a pull out couch, with sheets in the closets. In the living room there is also a table that folds out into a larger table with four chairs in it. There is a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, pots, pans and dishes. The main bedroom has a king size bed.
There is a bean bag in the closet that folds out into a queen size bed if additional sleeping space is required. There is a porch with 4 chairs and a fire pit with outdoor seating.
