A newly remodeled 3 bedroom (1 King en suite, 2 queen) 2 bath mid century home with special attention paid to respecting the period architecture while updating for all the modern conveniences. Brand new fully equipped open plan kitchen with large center island, double sided fireplace, new bathrooms with walk-in showers, outdoor gas bbq, beautiful pool with unobstructed mountain views. Grapefruit, lemon, blood orange, and tangelo trees on the property for your enjoyment (usually in season November through April). Calm, neutral interior for a relaxing stay indoors or outside on the pool deck. Very quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance of The Parker Hotel, Vons, Target, and Trader Joes. Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort one block away. Very close to the airport but not under the flight path. Ten minutes to downtown. Enjoy quiet luxury and everything Palm Springs has to offer when you stay at Casa Broadmoor.
