Beautiful, 5-bedroom country home10 minutes from Penn State and the Stadium

Beautiful country home on the edge of the charming village of Linden Hall, near Boalsburg. Ten minutes to Beaver Stadium and Penn State. Our house has lots of room for your group to spread out and relax. The house has views of Nittany Mountain, a historic farm, a church, and a one-room schoolhouse.

The house has five bedrooms, 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 1 double (on the third floor), and 4 full bathrooms. One queen bedroom and bath are on the first floor. Second-floor laundry. A large gourmet kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. The fabulous screened-in porch off the living and dining rooms with beautiful Nittany Mountain views is a great place to eat meals or have a glass of wine. In the backyard there is both a brick patio and deck with both gas and charcoal grills available for your use. Your group will enjoy sitting around the smokeless Solo Stove and firewood is provided. The driveway can hold 6+ cars. Guests have access to the entire house and outdoor spaces except for the garage and basement.

Make time to visit the Mt Nittany Winery, just up the road. It is a beautiful walk of less than a mile with breathtaking views of Tussey and Nittany Mountains.

The number of guests is limited to 10. The person who rents the house must be at least 25 years old. Parties are not allowed. Sorry, no pets are allowed. We know you will enjoy your stay.
