The second guest chamber has two double beds, air conditioning and a closet. also, the place has high speed internet.

Melrose Place is located in the Los Lirios condominiums, a subdivision of Playacar Phase II. A very safe community with surveillance and security booths for easy access from the highway or from the center of Playa. This subdivision has the only golf championship in Playa del Carmen, tennis courts, shops, an aviary and long walking paths. It is within walking distance of the Hard Rock Golf Course, as well as several restaurants, convenience stores, and a supermarket.

- For all the rentals we require security deposit.
- Vacation Rent: $500 USD Security Deposit.
- Rentals Long Term: Plus Utilities + $1,000 USD Security deposit.
