The Space:
The open layout seamlessly connects the living area with the kitchen and dining room, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for gatherings with family and friends.
The well-appointed kitchen boasts modern appliances, ample cabinet space, and a convenient breakfast bar, making meal preparation a breeze. Whether you're whipping up a quick snack or preparing a gourmet feast, you'll find everything you need right at your fingertips.
The home features two cozy bedrooms.
In the first bedroom, you'll find a comfortable queen bed, side tables, closet space, and a TV. The second bedroom features two bunk beds, the bottom bed with a full-size bed, and the top with a twin bed, along with closet space and a TV. Designated Table and chair for work purposes.
The highlight of this home is undoubtedly its waterfront location. Step outside onto the spacious backyard and take in the breathtaking views of the serene waterway. A brand new pool with sun loungers and a spa await you, along with a pergola where you can relax and spend the afternoon.
For the kids, there are games and mini-golf to enjoy. Plus, there's ample room for your boat, giving you easy access to endless aquatic adventures right from your doorstep. Whether you're fishing, boating, or simply soaking up the sun, you'll love spending time outdoors in this idyllic setting.

Other Things to Note:
HEATED POOL
The pool is always heated to 80°F/27°C, which is a normal pool temperature. If you would like, we can increase it to 90°F/32°C for an additional $30 per day to cover additional energy use. Please let us know in advance if you would like this increase made.
PET POLICY: We warmly welcome pets to our property. However, we kindly request that pets refrain from accessing the furniture. Additionally, please note that a $75 fee for additional cleaning applies to guests with pets. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

*Note: We will provide an initial supply of toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish detergent, or other consumable amenities as per the list above. We will not be replenishing the consumables for the duration of the stay (toilet paper, paper towel, etc.).*
