Location is everything and the Nest on Main is in the heart of it all! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has a relaxing front porch and deck overlooking the Mississippi River! Walk to the National Eagle Center, public boat dock, and all the downtown bars, restaurants and shops in Wabasha. Friday night music under the bridge in the summer, Coffee Mill Ski Resort, Wabasha County Fairgrounds, in between the upper and lower marinas, a bowling alley in town, close to several area wineries. Also offers a pontoon rental with driver for an additional cost based on availability. You will not find a better location at this price!

Originally from Plainview, Minnesota, I relocated to the Sand Prairie near Wabasha in 2021, when I became an empty nester. I love being on the river, day trips, an ice cold beer and any kind of music.

Why they chose this property

I love downtown Wabasha, especially the variety of bars and restaurants available...this property is within walking distance to more than 10 of them. I love the view of the river and proximity to the public dock and National Eagle Center. There is so much to do in the area!

What makes this property unique

The charm of this turn of the century home built in 1879 attracted me immediately. The heat registers, beautiful white trim and original floors give it a special shine. And once again, the location cannot be beat!
