Come sit on the porch and relax and enjoy the views at 4000 feet up. Expansive deck with stunning views of Double top Mountain and the Smokey Mountains. With level land around the house to walk and enjoy the stone fire pit in the yard. The Home is situated in Balsam NC 18 miles to Waynesville and 15 miles to Sylvia and is an only 5 minute drive to Blue Ridge Parkway entrance.

The home has recently been renovated in April 2024, and has an open living concept and 4 private bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In addition to the large deck it has a sunroom and a smaller private deck. There is also an office with amazing views if you have to do some work while you are away or just want to get away and read.

Come experience the Nut House on Blowing Ridge Lane and enjoy the cool breezes that blow over the ridge, it’s all in the altitude…
