Perfect stay in South Omaha near the Zoo!

This spot was perfect for a stay-cation retreat. The home was wonderfully located across from a park and connected to lovely walking trails. The house itself was decorated beautifully, was clean, and the host provided water bottles and a lovely coffee set up. Parking was easy, the neighborhood was quiet, and it was exactly as described! I highly recommend.

Valentine's Day Getaway

My wife and I wanted to get out of town for Valentine's Day weekend. We found this great spot. Great location, clean, and a very responsive host! There was snow while we were there, and it was promptly shoveled, making our lives easier.

Perfect Small Getaway

The house was so cute and tidy! It was a pretty good location, close to the zoo, the art museum, and the Joslyn Castle (visit if you can!). We got iced in a bit and the owner was really responsive to all of our question and came to the property to salt it for us. Overall a great stay and I would recommend for quick stays in Omaha.

Such an amazing and cute house!

The house was exactly as described and so close to a lot of the places we wanted to visit. The check in was easy, the house was clean and on a nice street without any traffic. Would highly recommend for anyone needing a nice place to stay on a good location.

Perfect place for a weekend get away

My family stayed here so we could go to the zoo and spend some time downtown. It was conveniently located, quiet, and safe. The house was exactly as described with a lot of great accommodations and updates. The host was very nice and communicated well. Highly recommended!

Great place and quiet neighborhood!

Great small home with lovely decor! Very clean and welcoming environment! Suggestion: please have a step stool for short people. Top self dishes, hairdryer, and microwave out of reach for me. This is an easy fix with a step stool.

Quiet neighborhood

Very clean home, nice furnishings, comfy beds, in a very quiet neighborhood. The home is small but has everything you need. There are a variety of games in the cabinet, a park with a playground across the street. Very simple, short drive to the zoo. This place was great for everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. the street

Family Trip to the Zoo

We enjoyed our stay at the Pearl House! It was very welcoming and clean on arrival. It truly is on a quiet street - we didn’t have any trouble with neighbors or noise. Added bonus is the park across the street and the house also has a few games, reading books, and coloring books for kids. The bunk beds worked perfect for us and there was plenty of room to add an air mattress in the kids room for another sleeper. Overall, it was the perfect place for our family to stay for our quick trip to Omaha.

Mold Smell/Exposed Nails/Water Damage/More Horrible! Do not use VRBO either

We arrived on 2/28 and while the house looks aesthetically pleasing at first there was a strong odor of mold. I went around the house and found multiple problems, not limited to, water damage covered by a poor paint job, missing siding on the back of the house where water has come in, multiple nails sticking through the ceiling in the back of the house, an exposed electrical switch, chipped paint around the ceilings, doors were unable to be propped to try to get the smell out. My daughter and I felt sick and left, I called VRBO multiple times, and the call center was a nightmare in itself! we flew in for my son's baby shower and I spent multiple hours on the phone with VRBO who were awful when we should have been enjoying family, we did not stay at this house due to the unsafe smell and had to book a hotel at the last minute. Horrible do not stay here. I have photos but cannot upload, contacting the city about this property!
