NEW to PROACTIVE VACATIONS! "Hangin' at Holden" is a newly renovated second row duplex with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This charming duplex is only 4 houses away from public beach access and features front and back porches on both levels to take in the beautiful ocean and sunset views.

Walking into this beach getaway you are met with coastal colors, ocean views, and natural light flowing throughout. The updated kitchen features all new cabinets and stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, Keurig coffee maker plus a large kitchen island with bar seating for two. The dining area allows for seating of 6, perfect to gather around to enjoy tasty meals. The open concept living room offers comfy furniture, a large flatscreen smart TV, and views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. The living room creates the perfect space for movies or family game nights! Enjoy your morning beverage on the ocean facing covered balcony listening to the waves roll and the early morning birds sing.

This coastal home boasts three generously sized bedrooms including a main floor bedroom with queen size bed, smart TV, private balcony and a semi-private updated bathroom. On the second floor you will find an additional two bedrooms. Bedroom 2 offers a new king bed, smart TV, large covered ocean view balcony, and updated master bathroom with walk-in closet. Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed, smart TV, updated private bathroom and large covered balcony. The second level also features a spacious laundry room and plenty of closet space.

After a day at the beach, rinse off in the large enclosed outdoor shower and enjoy lawn games in the backyard (full size corn hole boards included). Finish off the evening by firing up the charcoal grill and eating “al fresco” on the provided picnic table.
