The perfect place for a peaceful family getaway in the Poconos. Our home is located in Lake Harmony within the Boulder Lake Community and comes with 12 beach/amenity passes! The home has comfortable furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, garage gaming area, and a private deck with a hot tub. The home features a HUGE deck, fully furnished with plenty of seating for relaxation or dining, lighting, a propane grill (gas included), and a hot tub making it the perfect place to unwind at night. The home has high speed internet, games, children's toys, Smart TV's in most rooms, Central air/heat, games, a propane fireplace and more. No need to pack linens, towels, paper products, or basic toiletries they are all provided for you! For the winter months you can't get any closer to Big Boulder Mountain! The slopes are only a short 6 minute (0.3miles) walk away. Additional Big Boulder Lake Club amenities include tennis courts, volleyball, playground, subsidized boat rentals, and more! The home comes with a driveway for up to 2 cars, and 2 parking passes for an overflow parking lot. Linens, toiletries, paper products, and cleaning items are all supplied!

>Den: Smart TV with bean-bag seating.
>Laundry Room: Washer, Dryer, Clothes hanging Rack.

2nd Floor:
>Living Room: Smart TV, Propane Fireplace, Sofa, Loveseat, and Chaise Lounge.
>Kitchen: Stainless Steel appliances, Fully Stocked with all your cooking necessities, Island with Seating for 4.
>Dining Room: Seating for 12
>Bathroom 2: Shower/Tub Combo
>Bedroom 3 (Master): King bed, Smart TV & Private Bathroom
>Bathroom 3(Master Bedroom): Jacuzzi Tub & Shower
>Bedroom 4: Queen bed
>Access to Deck: HUGE deck with Hot Tub, Propane Grill, Lighting, Dining table, Seating area.

We are dog friendly! We allow up to two dogs with a $75 pet fee. Please be sure to add them to your reservation!
