Welcome to our Family Home, a large 4b/2b with a fenced-in, landscaped backyard, HOT TUB, Firepit, and Yard Games! Relax indoors in the open-style family room with the large SMART TV over our electric fireplace. Cook dinner in our master kitchen with our stainless steel appliances and eat at our 6-person dining table or island. Make cocktails and take in the sunset in our fenced-in patio! Our beautifully designed home sleeps up to 8! Have fun at home or visit the beach just 9 minutes away! The minimum age requirement to book is 23 years old!

The Space:
*** NOTE - a digital rental agreement must be signed & completed prior to arrival. This includes providing a copy of a legal photo ID and an accompanying verification photo.

Our large family-friendly home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one bathroom is in the master suite). We have a total of 6 beds including 3 fulls, 2 twins, and one queen.

**All linens, towels, blankets, hand towels, comforters, pillows, coffee, bath and hand soap, etc. provided! Propane is provided for the grill. Firewood is NOT provided.**

Backyard - Our fenced-in backyard starts with a screened-in furnished lanai soaked in sunlight. The backyard, AKA game yard, has corn hole, a fireplace with chairs, and a large hot tub surrounded by tropical shrubbery. Enjoy the yard during the day time or at night with out the lights!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home, front yard and back yard. Nothing is shared with anyone else not in your party as the entire home is private.

Our driveway includes a carport and can accommodate 3 vehicles (depending on vehicle size).

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is a family-friendly, safe and quiet neighborhood close to Indian Rocks Beach.

Getting Around:
Most stuff will require a vehicle.

Other Things to Note:
This home is professionally managed by the Tampa Vacation Collection, a 24/7 premium vacation rental management company. We're available at all hours, every day of the week. When you book, you'll be contacted by our 813 concierge number. This number is monitored 24/7 by our staff and is the best means of communication including for receiving instructions.

Interaction with Guests:
Your entire stay is private. Other than us periodically checking-in by text or phone, you will not be bothered. We will NOT visit the property unless 1) you request us to or 2) there is an obvious emergency that requires immediate, on-site attention. We will always give you as much notice as possible if we need to stop by.
