The open living and dining area serves as a stage for unforgettable moments with loved ones, ideal for hosting you and your family. HOA rules must be followed no more than 8 guests on property and private beach.

Unit comes with 2 beach chairs and one umbrella set up for you daily from 7 AM-5 PM.
The vendor is available for additional setup at costs to guests.

HOA Rules for Sugar Dunes Condos:
• Violation of any Sugar Dunes parking rule will subject the vehicle to being towed.
• All vehicles must have this pass visible on the dash AT ALL TIMES.
• You are only ALLOWED 2 vehicles on property at all times.
• You must park in the designated, numbered spots for your unit.
• Guest spots are only for the guest of owners on property or service company vehicles.
• Golf carts and/or LSV’s are NOT allowed on Sugar Dunes property
Additional HOA Rules
• Any violation of these rules can subject you to eviction from our property.
• You are only allowed to use the beach for those staying in your Unit. You are not allowed
to invite other friends to our private beach. Max occupancy of 8.
• Do not hang towels or other items off or over any railings.
• Do not leave trash outside your unit on the walkways. Please use the dumpster.
• Noise curfew is 10:00 PM but always be respectful with loud music or noise.
• Additional chairs and umbrellas can only be rented from HOA approved vendor(s)
• Do not throw items off of any deck.
• Do not leave trash or beach items on the beach or in the parking lot. Please use the
dumpster located near the gate.
• Canopies or tents are not allowed on our beach.
