marina and only approximately 20 minutes to IU stadiums!
Unwind on the deck with a “Winter water view” of the lake. The woods will challenge your view
during summer, but the birds, squirrels and deer will keep you entertained.
Our home features a full kitchen, laundry facilities, Free WiFi, private deck space and is bursting
a cheerful Beach theme. We have worked hard to make our home a welcoming and relaxing
space for our guests, and we hope that you will feel right at home during your stay.
Our condo is located in a wonderful Golf resort FULL of amenities and just a very short distance
from Fairfax State Park with a beach and Marina, Sahms Restaurant and Fairfax Bar and Grill
and approximately 20 minutes to Indiana University Football/Basketball Stadiums. We are
