Welcome to this custom modern new home located in the master community of Rocking K. This spacious 2300 square foot home features 3 Bedrooms, 2 bath, 2 car garage and a beautiful open concept living area. The home has 10ft ceilings throughout and has been customized with handpicked wallpaper, flooring, and other special touches to make it unique. You'll love the oversized custom backyard that comes with outdoor seating and dining, a gas grill, a hammock and games with breathtaking views. The community is definetely situated in a place to unwind from the busy city. You will have access to the basketball courts, pickleball, splash pads, playgrounds, and miles of walking trails.
