Newly built large studio apartment above garage on 2 &1/4 acres on Flander’s Bay with 289’ of waterfront with pebbly beach. South facing so you can enjoy amazing sunsets right from your home away from home!! A peaceful paradise on the water.
BEST PART is the LOCATION- this home is located between both parts of ACADIA NATIONAL PARK. 31 miles from the main part of Acadia NP on Mount Desert Island near Bar Harbor and 11 miles away from Schoodic Peninsula on the quiet side.
The space
This new large studio apartment above the garage with king bed and pull out queen sleeper sofa bed. Full bathroom with heated floors & Bluetooth speaker. Kitchen with everything you need, coffee and fixing, tea & condiments. 532 square feet and has 7’ ceilings with lots of windows which gives this space an expansive feeling! Huge deck overlooking the bay with driveway leading down to the water. Idyllic peaceful Maine coastline on the bay with huge rock, spruce and lobster boats. BRAND NEW AMAZING LISTING!!

Absolutely wonderful water front property with stunning view.
Everything was better than described and property exceeded expectations. Lesley was a perfect host and very knowledgeable about the area and very responsive. 5 Stars all around.

Why they chose this property

I love water and everywhere you look are water views & can walk right down to the water. It is a 2&1/4 peaceful arces. Best part is I am in between both parts of Acadia National Park which is one of my favorites in the USA!!

What makes this property unique

Brand new build with lots of windows and glass doors which face the water so views are amazing! The decor is warm and inviting and has everything you could need. This is an above the garage, large studio apartment with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa, so it can accommodate up to four. Has a large deck overlooking the water & You can enjoy the sunset from the deck.
