About this property

Your Private Oasis in the heart of the city. When I found this property, I was attracted to its location. I could see the vibrant renaissance happening in the neighborhood . The house itself was a deplorable mess and offered a fallen ceiling in the living room, which became the catalyst to remove all of the ceilings which led to removing all of the walls and all of the Flooring too, lol. The end result was a modern cottage with vaulted ceilings on a fenced and well landscaped plot.

My goal with his home was to create a private Villa like experience that you might find an expensive resort, just with a much more affordable price point.

Why they chose this property

This cabana style home is located within a two minute drive to Children’s Hospital, five minutes to German Village, and less than 10 minutes to Capital Square and the theaters.

What makes this property unique

When I built out this property, I designed it ideally for two couples to stay comfortably. In the event that you would have an extra guest or need an extra space I completed the lower level family room with daybed and privacy curtain. The lower level also features a heated floor, decorative electric fireplace, big screen TV and a hi-fi that’s Bluetooth compatible. If you’re finding yourself in need of a refuge for an evening, you will find a collection of vintage vinyl to wisk you away.
