Perfect location

On a working vacation for spring break with three teens. This was the perfect spot. They loved the pool during the day and the two tv rooms at night including a great hangout space. The location is convenient to everything on the east side including Sabino Canyon and Mt Lemon. There was plenty of storage and the kitchen and laundry made it easy to feel at home. Will definitely be staying here again.

Lovely Desert Retreat

Return trip we enjoyed Guy's home and location so much! A quiet, serene home and location. So close to everything we enjoy doing in Tucson, from golfing to hiking to visiting galleries and taking in U of A activities. Great House for extended family

It being winter, we loved all the interior space, places where we could be together and also have quiet and privacy. Kitchen was well equipped. House pool not open in winter, but we had access to a local tennis, gym, and heated pool.

Warm, well located house in Tucson

This house is situated in a beautiful part of Tucson and is convenient to almost everything. The rooms are spacious, well maintained and the bedrooms comfortable. There is plenty of space for folks to spread out, and enough room to all be together. The pool is spotless and well maintained. The owner is hospitable and easily reachable. All house operations are well detailed and understandable. Everything that you need to have a great stay in Tucson is included in the house!

A Lovely Place in the Sun

Lovely, well kept home near the Catalina foothills in a quiet neighborhood. Close to golf courses, biking paths, hiking trails, Sabino Canyon, Mt. Lemon, and Saguaro NP East. Large home with comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, and multiple living areas. Guy was a wonderful, responsive host who was very easy to work with.

Golf Trip

Great location, and quiet neighborhood. House was very clean. Guy was helpful and returned deposit promptly. Close to great golf courses. House met our needs and plenty of space with four bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen, but with our small group we ate out all of our meals. Damage checklist and rule list was a little intimidating, but probably stemmed from bad guests in the past. Would stay again.

Nice house in the quiet neighborhood

This house was perfect for our family weekend getaway! It was very well stocked with everything you might need and then some! The location was so convenient to the restaurants., parks and mountains.....everything we wanted to do! The beds were extremely comfortable, home was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Great sisters trip

Exactly as explained. Clean and spacious. Guy responded immediately for any and all questions asked. We each had our own rooms; lots of space for privacy and relaxing. The views are amazing!

this property was quite adequate for our needs for an older property. the property had a strange lay out which gave the appearance of part of the house being added on after the main house was built. The kitchen was nice and fully stocked. The pool was also quite nice but due to undisclosed hazards I recommend that future guests always wear foot coverings in the pool area as I was forced to have foot surgery to remove thorns that came from an overhanging tree onto the pool deck. I also recommend that future guests make sure that the house is fully secured due to the police coming to a neighboring house for several hours during our stay. a further recommendation for future guests is that pictures be taken of all furniture due to the host's charging for replacement furniture due to small marks on the old furniture in the house. This host claims excessive damage costs. my general recommendation is that future visitors to Tucson rent a VRBO house in the foothills that is newer and in a safer area.

Gem of a Property

This property was perfect for our family of 6. The house is very spacious and the pool was great! Even though the temperatures were in the mid-90's outside, it stayed very comfortable inside the house. I can't say enough about the location of the house, I would give the location 6 stars if I could. The house is located in a small private community near Sabino Canyon. If you like nature, need a lot of space, need a ppol, and want a resonable price then I'd highly recommend this house.

Wonderful relaxing stay

Very spacious and well laid-out house. We loved the little courtyard with the big tree, lovely lights, and a water feature - so peaceful to relax in the evenings. The pool is wonderful, and the views are unbeatable. We had breakfast, lunch, or dinner daily on the deck enjoying the views. The location is great -- quiet neighborhood, very close drive to Sabino canyon, grocery stores nearby, city center is about 25 min away. Also, the communication with the owner was outstanding - super responsive! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Family wedding weekend

My family of 6 adults and two children needed a place to stay for a wedding(my son-in-law couldn't join us when the time came, however) where the adults could each have their own room. The size of this house was perfect! We enjoyed being able to spread out and have our own spaces. The location was very nice, quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and everywhere was very clean. If my family travels to Tucson again, this is where I would want to stay!

Beautiful House- Great Location

Great house, lots of room,, good size pool.

Experience was great, had a issue with the pool. I contacted the owner he got back to me right away, and he had someone there right away to fix it. Great house, nice neighborhood, and great scenery of mount Lemmon. We would definitely go back my family had a great time.

Nice House well equiped

House was as advertised except the back TV had very bad sound- we chose not to use it. All else in the house and pool was great. The kitchen was better than expected, a large double door refrigerator with bottom freezer was there. Lots of pots and pans and baking sheets, spices condiments were in the cupboard and refrigerator, plenty of plates and serving bowls.

I have owned and cared for this home for over 30 years and raised my children there during their formative years. It is a fabulous home in a magical area with some nice upgrades along the journey. This home gets more TLC than a commercial investment property that is just about the revenue stream. I have been happy to share this wonderful place with other guests for over 12 years now as a Premier Host. I am often there twice a week to look after things or just enjoy a lounge session at the pool (when not occupied by guests).
