Inside the home, you'll be greeted by a spacious, open-concept living area. Unwind and relax while watching your favorite streaming service (with your login credentials) or break out one of the provided board games for some friendly competition. The large well-equipped kitchen invites group cooking endeavors that can be enjoyed in the attached formal dining room. The well-equipped bar area and wine cooler make the perfect setup for entertaining, with plenty of room for refreshments in the additional fridge and freeze in the garage. When the evening activities wind down, the primary bedroom may be the star of the show thanks to its luxurious en suite, but all of them promise a serene night's rest. Each bedroom is equipped with a large wall-mounted TV, one bedroom has USB ports in the bedside lamps for your convenience, and the master bedroom has an adjustable bedframe with a massage feature. Additionally, all three bathrooms are equipped with a heating and cooling fan system, a lighted magnifying mirror, and a hairdryer. This home has a total of five vanity areas so there is a place for everyone to get ready for the day! When the time comes, you can soak in the fresh air while sitting by one of the firepits, or fire up the gas grill as you take in the stunning mountain views in the oversized swivel chairs or with your meal at the 6ft patio table. This home's thoughtful touches ensure a wonderful stay for all!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
