This four bedroom, four and a half bath, ocean view house with hot tub and volleyball court is a mere seven-minute walk to the beach and Duck shops/ restaurants. Cloudbreak guests also have access to the Four Seasons' indoor and outdoor pool, shuttle access (in-season only), gym, soundside pier, and playground.
Inside, you'll find an open and spacious great room with plenty of seating and large TV. While your family enjoys a movie marathon, catch the big game on the adjacent TV behind the freestanding bar. The well-stocked kitchen features an island with second sink and seating for four. Enjoy meals and games of cards at the cafe bistro tables or the large dining table. Each bedroom features comfortable bedding, private ensuite bathroom, and private deck. BONUS ROOM: Catch ocean views in the top-level, semi-private den with King Sleeper sofa featuring a private deck and work station. Head outside to the screened porch, play a round of corn hole, or sway in the hammock. The house also features a private outdoor shower.

Cloudbreak is designed for the perfect OBX vacation. Whether relaxing in the hot tub, playing a game of badminton, or strolling to the Duck boardwalk, this property offers something for everyone.

Multiple Beach Access Options: Walk the shady and fairly flat path at the end of Ships Wheel Court (6-7 min walk) to a beach ramp w/ short set of stairs. Beach access features an outdoor shower/foot wash station and bike rack. Drive to the beach and park in the community guest only parking lot at the Eastern end of Four Seasons Lane. Or, simply hop on the shuttle as it loops through the neighborhood.

*The driveway to this home is monitored by a camera. Any attempt to dismantle, move, or tamper with the camera device in any way is a violation of our house rules and additional charges may apply.*

No Smoking/Vaping. Pet Friendly-Dogs Only- Dogs allowed for an additional fee. The fireplace is not operational.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
