Historic Midtown Vacation Bungalow with Pool
Welcome and take a load off; here, we provide a home away from home with this classic Spanish colonial bungalow with two bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room, and a day bed with a trundle in the living room/den. We have a swimming pool area with a great backyard, plenty of space & seating with a BBQ area. We also provide for traveling professionals with a workspace and printer. It is located right in the heart of Tucson, so give us a try and see what we have to offer you.

Hello. I'm Eduardo, and I'm from Texas. I came to Tucson for school and fell in love with the rental game while here. When it comes to what I do here is, I like to provide a private and comfortable home away from home experience for anyone who would like to take a nice vacation away from all the burden and stress the real world throws at us.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood where the house is located is in a historic district near the heart of the town with so many things for you to see, like the U of A, the Botanical Garden, 4th Street, and downtown. And you get to see the beautiful mountains from the front of the house in the distance; even though I've been here a while, the view still amazes me.
What makes this property unique
What I'd like to provide you is a private and comfortable experience; what that means is once you check-in, the house is your oyster. There are no restrictions or curfews, no lame rules to follow, and no chores/clean-up. We understand that extra things make vacations harder to enjoy, and I feel that we provide the best in this regard when we say take a load off, we mean it.
