High Grove - Clermont, Florida is a gated community located just 7 miles from Walt Disney World. This luxury resort sits nestled just outside of Orlando close to Disney, Universal, Sea World, shopping areas and beautiful golf courses. It's location gives easy access to the West Gulf Coast Beached, Orlando, Busch Gardens, and the Florida Space Centre. High Grove Resort is only a 30 minute drive from the Orlando International Airport.

During your stay you will enjoy this well appointed home that has been designed and decorated to provide you and your family an abundance of luxury amenities and leaves you well equipped to vacation with all the usual items you would expect to find at home. All the furniture in the house is brand new including quality bedding and pillows. Everything in the house is brand new since summer 2015. There is a fully equipped gourmet brand new kitchen including an expresso coffee maker. It can easily sleep 13 people. Each room has it's own flat screen HD TV with cable. There is HIGH-SPEED wireless Internet and free phone service including free call in U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. The game room is equipped with pool table, multi-game table for kids of all ages. Outside the private pool (heater for 15$ per days) with jaccuzi is equipped with beach chairs and a new gas grill; perfect for a nice relaxing vacation.

As a guest in our home, you and your family can enjoy all the benefit of the High Grove Resort Club House, which offers a large community pool/SPA, playground and mini golf. The beautiful clubhouse on site has a reception/social area, fitness room, TV room, game room and arcade.

Womderful

We stayed here for 14 nights, 3 kids age 6-9, and grandparents and aunt, was a great property, about 20min to Disney, nice quiet neighborhood, wal mart across the road, great pool and hot tub, large bbq. Comfortable beds. Kids loved the pool, had to pry them out to leave! Everything on the property worked great. Would highly recommend

Great Family Property

This was a great place for our family to stay. The house had everthing we needed. It was close enough to the parks and it was easy to get around. The manager and owner were very responsive to our needs.

Great house for our family vacation

This pretty home is located in a gated neighborhood about 30min from the Disney parks. We decided to travel from Canada and North Carolina to celebrate the holidays in Orlando, with scheduled visits to the Disney parks and Universal Studios parks. The house was bigger than the photos on the site and it was well-equipped for our 4 families. Plenty of towels and kitchenware and the appliances were new. The pool was warm and clean and there were plenty of towels for us to use. Our only issue was that we noticed ants inside the property upon arrival and the fridge would sometimes pop open if you didn’t press hard on the handle. Perhaps some extra dusting and cleaning of the bathrooms is required. The shower curtain in one bathroom needs replacing including the rod. Overall we enjoyed our stay immensely and hope to be back again in the future.

Family Get Away

This location was great for a family get away. It had a pool, hot tub, accommodations for small children as well as adults. 30-45 minutes from Disney and 1:45 minutes from the beach. Our only complaint was the cleanliness. The carpeting needs cleaning, the main areas of kitchen, halls, and stairway need painting and vents need cleaning. There were several light bulbs that need replacement and the pool lights did not work making it a bit dangerous for the kids to be in the pool past 7/dusk.

Home Review

Most outlets in the kitchen didn’t work. We had to do laundry of towels and bedding and we have never had to do that at any rental home we have stayed at previously. If you wanted the hot tub on then the pool was cold bc it shut the jets off to the pool. So we paid extra money for a non heated pool, therefore we only swam once. We swept before we left and all the we swept up was like the house hadn’t been swept in a long time or they just swept around rugs instead of picking them up. I know it wasn’t from us as most days during our stay we were not home, we were only there in the evenings.

Met our needs in general - pool was great!

We LOVED the pool/hot tub and the screened pool area, the kids were in the pool during most of our waking hours! The pool temps were perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed - coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, silverware, etc. The house, towels, linens, beds, furniture, oven, etc. appeared to be clean however the carpet looked gross. The host and contact person were responsive and came to replace 3 burnt out light bulbs in the kitchen (which should have been changed out before our arrival) and a dead battery in a smoke detector. There was also a burnt out light bulb in the entrace to the pool area which made the area dark. There were a few outlets in the kitchen that were not functional. Dining area is dark in the evening (no light overhead the table). ALSO - there were very little to no living essentials except those that were left by previous guests. No extra trash can liners/bags, laundry soap, not enough toilet paper for our full stay or even a laundry basket. So plan to bring or buy kitchen bags and soap, laundry soap, bathroom essentials, etc. Although we enjoyed our stay, we kind of got the message that the intention of the property was to make money, and not to go above and beyond for guests.

God beliggenhed

Det var ikke den rengøring man havde forventet. Lidt støv i krogene ville være ok, men der var ikke gjort rent. Grillen var en oplevelse for sig selv , opgav den og købte selv en i Wal-Mart Når man tænker på at man skal betale for rengøring, så er det nemme penge ned i lommen, uden at lave noget.

This is a nice property with a pool (that we didn’t have to use). They provided linens and most necessities (no garbage bags). Coffee maker takes loose coffee. Quick ride to Disney parks

Fabulous

The property was perfect for our family of 5 (mum, dad and 3 children 21, 19 and 16). This was our first trip to Disney and the children’s first to America. The house was lovely and clean, and very bright and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. I bought some disposable oven trays but other than that the kitchen was well stocked. The games room was a big hit with my boys who loved the pool table. The swimming pool was fabulous after a long day in the parks. It was big enough to have a swim in and play ball games. The house is close to Disney (about 25 minutes drive) and there is a Walmart just up the road. The gated community felt safe and secure and the whole area was very quiet. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely home. It really added to the enjoyment of our special holiday.

Good space for big family but not all that wasexpected

The home at a glance and first arrival was what I expected. Where things kind of fell out of alignment. 1. When walking in you could tell in the musty smell of the home that it has not been occupied for some time. Minor not the worst one could encounter but I want to highlight the full experience. 2. By the end of the trip up to 5 cockroaches were fond. 2 dead the rest alive. We were advised recent extermination had been done and missed should show up dead. 3. By day two an attempt was made to use the pool and jacuzzi. Understanding that but turning on the heat I would pay $15 per day I was ok with this. However, the jacuzzi no matter how long left running never got warmer than a warm bath. My family and I had to go to the community pool which is lovely and the jacuzzi at the temperature you would expect it to be. I kept the jacuzzi at the house running until the last moment Sunday evening my last night there. Still never warmed up more than a warm bath. I will pay the fee as I honor agreements up that I turned on the heat but I do not feel this was a fully fulfilled part of the deal. 4. The walls in the home were dirty. In need of a good coat of paint. I seemed as though it's been sitting in this state for some time. The section but the kitchen garbage was covered in grease stain spots. 5. It is asked to keep the home clean but they supply given was a very tiny broom for a very big house and one ducked tape dirt devil vacuum that fell apart when picking it up and one Bissell vacuum which I'll sayi tried I to use but couldn't figure out how to get it to work so that vacuum may have worked and it may have just been a user error with the Bissell. 6. It's asked to maintain the AC at 76 degrees but the house would not cool down until the night time. 7. The rooms all had TVs however only the TV in the living room had an hdmi cable to be able to watch cable tv. Does not have smart TVs. I know not everyone does but im case that's important to another renter they may want to know that. All in all the home accommodated my family size, but this was my first experience where so many basic needs were not fully accomodated.

Decent house

The house was pretty much what we expected. The master bedroom mattress is extremely soft. You sink into it. (Didn’t bother us) The house needs a lot of work, dining room chairs are falling apart. Light bulbs burnt out. The toilets barely flush. The ice maker on the freezer doesn’t work. You can’t turn the AC below 76 degrees because it freezes up. If it is 76 on the main level it is at least 85 upstairs. There were a couple of rough nights because the kids were too hot to sleep. The smoke alarms in two of the bedrooms were just hanging from the ceiling and didn’t even work. A storm took out two of the screens on the pool enclosure, Called and left a message with the maintenance and emailed the owner got no response from either. The $115 cleaning fee is ridiculous because they expect you to strip all the beds and wash the sheets and wash all the towels before you leave. Paper towels and toilet paper were not provided at all. We did enjoy our vacation! The kids liked the pool. Memories were made :)
